"Waiting on" Wednesday is a weekly event hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine that spotlights upcoming releases that we are eagerly awaiting.
By Stephen King
Expected Publication Date: April 3rd, 2012
Summary (from www.stephenking.com):
We join Roland and his ka-tet as a ferocious storm halts their progress along the Path of the Beam. As they shelter from the screaming wind and snapping trees, Roland tells them not just one strange tale, but two--evidence that the "skin man", a shape-shifter, is at work. There is only one surviving witness: a brave boy called Bill Streeter.
Roland, himself only a teenager, calms the boy by reciting a story from the Book of Eld that his mother used to read to him at bedtime, "The Wind Through the Keyhole". "A person's never to old for stories," he says to Bill. "Man and boy, girl and woman, we live for them".
It's no secret to any that know me that I am a huge Stephen King fan and a lover of all of his work. His books are like treasures to me, I love his work so much!! So, it goes without saying that I very impatiently await all his new and upcoming books! This will be the 8th book in the very popular Dark Tower Series, but it is said to be placed between Wizard and Glass (#4), and Wolves of the Calla (#5), therefore actually making it book 4.5.
So this is what I am waiting on this week!
What are you "waiting on" ?!

We are now an Award free blog. We love getting them and appreciate that you thought of us, but we really don't have the time to commit for the requirements of getting them.
